Who sees your data

Other Truuly members see only what your privacy settings allow. Employers and recruiters see only what you explicitly approve. The Truuly team has limited access for support and safety only. Nobody else. Full stop.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to manipulate your feed for profit. This is not a grey area for us.

Your personal profile data

Your personal profile is yours. It is never visible to employers without your explicit, individual consent. You can revoke access at any time. We log every access request and approval — you can see the full history in your settings.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. If we ever experience a breach that affects your data, we will notify you directly within 72 hours — not bury it in a settings page.
