There is zero tolerance for:

Fake profiles or false identity — immediate permanent ban

Anonymous trolling or harassment — immediate permanent ban

Fake professional credentials — immediate permanent ban

Using personal profile access to discriminate — immediate permanent ban

Bullying, hate speech, or targeted abuse — immediate permanent ban

Bots, automated accounts, or scrapers — immediate permanent ban

Catfishing or impersonation — immediate permanent ban

We don't do warnings for intentional deception.

What does NOT belong

✗Misinformation of any kind
✗Spam or promotional disguised as personal
✗Content designed to manipulate
✗Hate speech or targeted attacks
✗Anything fake, staged, or performative

For Recruiters & Employers

Personal profile access comes with responsibility.

→Use personal profile access ethically and legally — always
→Never discriminate in hiring based on protected personal information
→Never share personal profile content outside Truuly
→Respect consent — if someone revokes access, honour it immediately
→Violating these rules = immediate permanent recruiter ban + potential legal action

Reporting violations

Use the three-dot menu on any profile or post to report a fake profile, harassment, or violation. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Every report is reviewed by a real human Truuly team member. We take this seriously because our community depends on it.

Appeals

Made a genuine mistake? We listen. Email appeals@truuly.xyz with your account details and explanation.

Intentional deception has no appeal process. That's the line.
